Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
There may be delays outside of our control due to a high volume of orders with the US Postal Service or UPS.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available for $12 within metro Atlanta, with an approximate radius of 30 miles from Loganville, GA.
Deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays. You will select a one-hour window of when you would like to receive your order. You will receive a text on the day of your delivery with the number you provide at check-out.
Local pick-up
You can skip the delivery fees with free local pick-up. The address is listed at check-out. You will select a one-hour window of when you would like to pick-up your order. You will receive a text on the day of your pick-up with the number you provide at check-out.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada with both UPS International and USPS International. You will need to cover any customs duty fees.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have opted to track your order with the Route app, you will be able to live track your package on the app itself.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wagboards with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@wagboards.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Due to the perishable nature of dog treats, we do not offer refunds on food items.
If we get a "return to sender" package because you have entered the incorrect address or are missing details like the apartment number, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
