About
Hi, my name is Amanda!
I am a traveler, runner, dancer, and foodie. Most importantly, I am a puppy enthusiast! Wag Boards started as a brainstorm idea over text message with my sister and quickly turned into a small business. I love dogs and I love food, what better way to combine two passions than creating charcuterie for dogs?
Wag Boards are heavily influenced by the artistic creations from the human charcuterie world. For local boards, I hand-press veggie and fruit shapes and create names out of cheese, just like you'd find on charcuterie boards. This labor of love means each order takes additional time to prepare, but I think it's worth the extra step!
We are the Quality Control pups!
Tokyo and Nali are the original Quality Control pups behind Wag Boards. No item gets placed on our board without QC testing the products first. Each pup rates products based on three factors: cronch, smell, and taste! They take their roles very seriously and welcome samples from all suppliers. Tokyo passed away from cancer in December 2021 and we miss him every day.
In January of 2022, my partner and I came across a listing for a dog that was set to be euthanized the next day. After a trial period of 10 days, we foster failed Rocky, and he is our newest Quality Control pup. Rocky and Nali love their roles as QC pups and look forward to trying new snacks!
