Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of Wagboards, we do not accept returns or refunds for dog treat items. If a non-food item is damaged, a refund/replacement may be granted.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For non-food items, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Additionally, you are protected with the Route+ app, should you include this with your order at check-out. If a package is stolen, Route will help you navigate resolving the issue.

If we get a "return to sender" package because you have entered the incorrect address or are missing details like the apartment number, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
